I either do a class at the living room in Coogee, KX pilates, a weight class or go for a super long walk. My fave salad consists of spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, toasted pine nuts, strawberries and goats cheese. I usually do Chicken (marinated in lemon juice/olive oil/salt and pepper) with a salad.
